Welcome to the MSTS Abstract Submission Application
Members are now able to submit their abstracts via an online form. Please review the instructions below before submitting an abstract.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Register
Step 1: RegisterRegistering is a simple, click on the Register tab to sign up and create a personalized username and password. Users who have already registered may click the Login tab to enter their user name and password to enter the Abstract Manager. If you have forgotten your user name and password you may create a new one at any time.
Step 2: Log In
Enter your user name and password to enter the abstract manager. If you have not registered, you must do to be able to log in.
Step 3: Submit/Review/Edit Abstracts
Once logged in, use the top menu bar to submit, review or edit abstract submissions.
If you have questions or problems logging in, please contact Marla Johnson by email at msts.org@comcast.net. If you are receiving an error message please copy it into the email.
NOTE: Primary Author must be name of author presenting the paper. ALL ABSTRACTS must be submitted online - Financial Disclosure Forms must be completed for EACH author - only one FDA form needs to be submitted by the primary author. Financial and FDA Disclosure Forms must be printed and faxed to 615-469-2208, Attention: Marla Johnson or mailed to MSTS, P.O. Box 58036, Nashville, TN 37205 prior to August 31, 2008 (submission deadline). ABSTRACTS MISSING DISCLOSURE FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Click on the links below to download and print out both forms. Please print your name as well as sign it on the form.
